Before you write — quick answers

  • A game won't load? Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) first — most loading issues are a stale cache. If it still fails, tell us the game name, your browser and device, and we can usually fix or replace the build within a day.
  • Lost your Temple Run 2 save? Saves live in your browser's local storage. They are lost if you clear site data or switch to private/incognito mode — we cannot recover them from our side, because we never had them.
  • Want a game added? Send the game name and, if you know it, the developer. We only add games that run well in-browser on both desktop and mobile.

If you are a rights holder requesting removal of a game, please use the process on our DMCA page — it lists exactly what to include so we can act without back-and-forth. Valid requests are processed within 48 hours.
